PARMA HAM, SUNDRIED TOMATOES AND MOZZARELLA

Add 2/3 tablespoons of Romana sauce to a base and spread sundried tomatoes and fresh mozzarella over the top.

Cook for 4-6 minutes in an oven pre-heated to 225 degrees or until golden brown. 

Finish with freshly sliced parma ham.
